What forms of payment do you take?

We accept payment by Shopify Payments, bank transfer as well as PayPal. 

For orders made and delivered in Portugal, we also accept Multibanco payments.

What currency are your prices in?

Prices on the GLAB PACKAGING website are listed in Euros (€) and include Portuguese VAT. However, prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties and/or other taxes.

To which countries do you ship?

We ship to every country in the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom. However, if your country isn’t on this list, please contact us so we can provide you with a quotation.

Is it safe to pay at your website?

Your safety is our top priority! That's why our website is protected with maximum security, ensured by a server that provides advanced encryption services. We exclusively use secure connections and hold a security certification. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it and receive a refund. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our returns policy to initiate a return.

How is my order shipped?

We ship orders via UPS and Skynet. You can select the shipping method that fits you the best.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders totalling €X and above. Shipping costs will be determined by your destination and added to your order at checkout before payment. Please be aware that shipping costs do not cover import duties and/or taxes.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the delivery address, chosen carrier, volume, and weight of your order.

How fast are orders processed?

Orders will be delivered within X to X business days, depending on the country and shipping method you have selected. All available options and information regarding your order will be presented during the purchase process.

GLAB PACKAGING operates from Monday to Friday and is closed on local/public holidays.

Please be aware that delivery times may be extended during sales and festive seasons.

Delivery dates are approximate, and we will not be liable for unpredictable events or delays related to customs procedures.

Please consider the delivery time from the moment your order is shipped (shipment will only occur once we have received payment).

Kindly note that the day the order is placed after 1 pm will not count as a business day.

You can update your delivery address after your package has been shipped; however, please note that the delivery company may charge an additional fee for this service!

Before dispatching your order, we may need to confirm your payment (especially in the case of bank transfers). We will do our best to deliver on time.

Can I track my order?

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the important order details.

You will be able to track your shipment using the tracking number provided via email once your order is shipped.

If you have created an account on our website, you can also monitor the status of your order in the ‘My Account’ section of the site.

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

For all countries within the European Union (EU), prices include Portuguese VAT.

Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes. For these countries, shipments will be on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means you may be charged duties and taxes by the shipping provider upon delivery of your order. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs.
